Bone growth concern
It was pleasant. I used it for my children, and it significantly reduced their aches and pains with the flu. However, I noticed new nails forming beneath their existing ones, a change I suspect is due to the large dosage of vitamins, which may have caused their bones to grow in an unusual manner. Consequently, I decided to discontinue its use for them. I realised that any vitamins not taken for an extended period should be paused for several months.
